MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES

WAITING TIME

There is a 15 minute grace period.

After the grace period has expired you will be charged

$15 for each additional 15 minute period.

RESERVATION

24 hour notice is preferred. All reservations are subject to guaranteed payment. A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold a reservation. If the order is not cancelled in accordance with the below policy, the credit card will be charged.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders changed or cancelled less than 24 hours before pickup time will be charged the quoted rate. There is a 5 day change or cancellation on all specialty vehicles.
